The room is spotless, comes with a view of Nanjing Rd, pillow menu, as example. Its location is marvellous, just next door to Close to shopping malls, Nanjing Road pedestrian street and shooping and dinning areas.

Everything was fantastic.

Luxury place, it was fairly clean and had honest staff from the doorman to the maids. The restaurant was great with decent price, I tried fresh dishes.

Nice service, nice decoration , small fridge in my room did not work properly. I dont remember my room number, so please retrace my room number. We should have more free water available without room price increase

Despite the room being large, pleasant and well equipped, there was poor lighting. a convoluted system for managing it. In China, it is difficult for visitors to get the main Internet communications, credit cards and coins to work. In addition, hardly anyone understands even a little English and similar languages. in this hotel there were friendly people but also several who did not, made it much more difficult. In a flyer of the hotel they offer some food for the room at a price, more when ordering it costs triple; excuse is that the offer is only for Wednesday, flyer does not say so. is in very bad taste and unpleasant; it is unnecessary to mislead customers. Pity, for the many good attributes of the hotel.

The breakfast was really good, especially the unique omelette station in a Volkswagen van. Sameer Khan’s hospitality, especially his Masala Tea, made our mornings special.

Can't beat the location of the hotel to Nanjing Rd. and the Metro Station. Our room faced Nanjing Rd and we had an excellent view of Nanjing Rd at night. The pool facilities were very good. Breakfast buffet was good, although in our case, not included with the price of the hotel room. Room was very clean. Hotel staff/conceirge spoke English well and very helpful.

Executive Double really can't fit more than two persons. Room was quite small. Our room was upgraded to a suite since we wanted to add an additional bed.

The location is great and the room very comfortable and wonderful view to Nanjing road. Girls can go in for "massage" without problem, staff don't mind that.

Location is really perfect, walking distance to everything.

I could not find loose leaf tea in the bar, it is very strange to have tea bags in China

Seriously excellent, friendly and professional staff. The hotel was right in the middle of East Nanjing road where all the pedestrian shopping center is. Those wanting to be close to the center and not take taxis this is it. I made some mistakes initially by booking in far away hotels.

All in all everything was great no issues at all.

Greatly enjoyed extensive breakfasts, and clean hotel.

Good location at the city centre with easy access to Nanjing East Road and The Bund. Excellent facilities with good quality staff and service which qualifies for its 5-star grade. I was upgraded to a suite so that exceeded my expectation.

The staff are more friendly and helpful than their counterparts in HJ Xian,where we just came from.
